This theme, mélange encourages us to embrace diversity and bring together a variety of elements to create something unique and beautiful.

Mélange means to blend; to cherish the palette while respecting every colour. We believe that by bringing together a diverse range of speakers, we can foster meaningful thoughts and impactful conversations that inspire growth and progress. Our speakers join us from a variety of backgrounds to share their unique perspectives on a range of topics, through the lens of a mélange. We are thrilled to have you join us on this journey of exploration and discovery, and we can't wait to see what this theme inspires in you!

What is TEDx?

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is called TEDxIISERPune, where x = independently organized TED event. At our TEDxIISERPune event, TED Talks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are self-organized.
